I have a ingrown pimple on tip of my nose. how do i get rid of it?

ive been putting a hot wet towel on it and ive been putting triple antibiotic ointment, but b4 that ive been putting some clearsail stuff and it stopd the pain in it but my friend said i putt to much he said it may have burnd my nose so ive stopd that and ive been doing the towel and triple antibiotic ointment i need it gone asap anyone got anything i could do that would hlp me get ride of it??
