No INSURANCE but i think i'm having a tube pregnancy?

I'm going to start off by saying my insurance dropped me and I've been trying to receive medical istance but keep being denied by them. And its getting really frustrating I'm having all signs and symptoms if early pregnancy but I'm spotting for the past two months instead of a period and unbearable excruciating pain that comes in goes down my back and all hpt I've taken says negative so idk what may be the problem...I'm 21 so I highly doubtful of starting pre menopause I really don't know what to do? I .know most respond would be go to the er but I've been to the er without insurance and it honestly feel like the tell you anything to send You packing to turn around and send you an outrageous bill. Any advice would be appreciated
