I bought a bad board and cant return it, now wat?

i bought a vision snowboard for 40 aand thought it was a good deal on ebay. well i did some reserch and heard that it was a lower end board, but it was ride able. well it wasnt that rideable when i took it out too a local park to try it out. now the entire base is falling apart so i super glued it and it looks nice but ive had bad luk wit super glue. what should i do
