Can a biker helmet label someone as a Nazi?

i know a lot about world war two and trust me a nazi helmet looks like this http://www.m35helmet.com/files/transitional_helmet_2.jpg though they are similar , there is one major difference note the bolts in the helmet. and no one thinks a helmet is a nazi helmet just because its black.
