Is it somewhat solid scientific proof that...?

the bible says "and the lord said, Behold the people is one, and they all have one language" doesn't that coincide with the idea that continents were once conjoined? i mean, they definitely didn't have satellite imagery in those days, and they didn't even have a map of the continents, so either they blindly made a crazy and obscene guess, or it is true, right? i mean, this is just what i think...i would certainly be willing to accept constructive criticism on the matter, but i would prefer not to be bashed if you may be so kind as to have some respect.
