European Honey Cake Info?

Looking for the name of a delicious cake and how to make it. It's vastly popular in Eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine, Balkan Peninsula, etc.) and Central Europe (Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, etc.). Basically it's a cake with layers of some type of white cream, very sweet and very caloric, and it has a whole layer of crushed walnuts (like powder) at the top.
