How to claim property or share from parents?

I am 22 years old, my parents are not normal. They keep fighting and arguing at almost everything. They did whatever worse they could. It was because of their ignorance and rude activities, I developed habits but that did not stop me from living and continuing. If I had to describe my parents in 1 word that would be retarded. Now they have something lined up in que again. They want me to leave home and continue life in my way. That is quite all right with me but, the question is if I leave home right now, I have no place to go which they fail to understand. They have been like this all their lives its not very surprising. To face the world at the very first moment is not that easy as it may look, especially in India. Can anybody suggest me any judicial or lawful methods as to how I can claim a stake for me through the Indian courts from my parents lawfully? Is there at least an option for such a thing? and I would also want my parents to be addressed by the court for child mistreatment and over abuse.
