In my yahoo im I keep getting spam ims i put trm on ignore its not helping what else can u do to stop this?

on my yahoo im I keep getting things that say come visit my web sight whitch is like look at my y photos Ive been putting them on ignore . but I keep getting them and report spam like your suppose to do its not working what else can you do to stop this from happening .
