Is green valley south just north of 215 good place to live?

i was looking for a property south of 215 in henderson Nv, on the district side. now i found one just north of 215, on KNIGHTSBORO RD, is the pebble creek subdivision good? it has smaller houses all about 1000sqf single story. And any idea on the noise factors from 215 freeway, if the house is about 100 away from it. thanks
