Um...why is favre considered a legend?

brett favre is a legend and will be on the first ballot into the HOF after 5 years of reitrement but he's one hell of a player he never gives up he has never missed a game in his career he's started all of them he's played injured with a acl tear he played the entire season and yeah he has all the records thats one reason but he is a great guy who isnt selfish and wants to play cause he loves the game of football ive been a packer fan all my life and even tho things ended bad with him and the packers i still repect him and am a fan of him no matter what.
