What do A.A. men stand to gain from an MRA movement that is against affirmative action?

Talk about a perfect example of ism, the navy doesnt use AA statistics for enlistment nor promotions. Since the beginning of the new year SIX navy captains have been "fired". Out of the six only one has been female. Yet what are we talking about?
