Pacifier sucking lines around mouth?

hi my daughter is 3 wks old and like to suck on a pacifier when she goes to bed at night (i say this because she wont take it any other time during the day weird.) she has chubby cheeks and is currently using a Nuk pacifier and when it falls out, which she is unhappy about, and there are lines on her cheeks from sucking on it. my question is is there a kind of pacifier that will not leave these lines and are the lines harmful?
